How do I get the Sidecar Health VISA benefit card?

Upon enrollment through your employer:

1. You will receive an email with details on how to register for an account on the member portal. If you do not get an email, contact your Member Care team at [phone].
2. We will automatically ship you a welcome kit that contains the Sidecar Health VISA benefit card. Your card will need to be activated before you get care. 

On a family plan? Each member on your policy will receive a card within your welcome kit.
