Does the Sidecar Health Employer Plan provide dental or vision coverage? – Sidecar Health Employer Plan

The Sidecar Health Employer Plan is not intended to be a substitute for a dental or vision insurance plan. However, dental and vision coverage is provided in limited circumstances.

Dental coverage is provided for injury and repair of teeth, mouth, jaw, or face as a result of an accident only. Dental services related to an accidental injury are limited to $3,000 per injury. Routine dental care is not covered under this plan.

Vision coverage is limited to routine ophthalmological exams and visual acuity screening tests. Routine glasses and contact lenses are not covered.
