How to use RadiologyAssist with your Sidecar Health benefits

1. Call¹ RadiologyAssist at [phone] and mention you are a Sidecar Health member
2. State the service you are shopping for and that you require an invoice (RadiologyAssist may refer to this as an insurance invoice), and your patient navigator will help you schedule an appointment with an imaging center
3. After the call, RadiologyAssist will send you a tentative appointment confirmation and an invoice to your email. You must pre-pay to confirm your appointment using the Sidecar Health VISA benefit card or your personal payment method
   • Don’t forget to confirm your Benefit Amount using the Sidecar Health member portal before paying. Call Member Care at 877-653-6440 if you need help
4. RadiologyAssist will send you a one-time service voucher to indicate that you have already paid for your care and confirm your appointment details
5. Get your imaging services at your selected imaging center
6. Upload the invoice you receive from RadiologyAssist to the Sidecar Health member portal for processing²
