What are no swipe providers?

No swipe providers have a direct payment agreement with Sidecar Health. This means they bill Sidecar Health directly for your care, instead of you swiping your Sidecar Health VISA benefit card.

Their prices will not exceed the Benefit Amount.

You won't pay anything for care, or in some cases can earn cash back, if your deductible is met or doesn’t apply.
You'll be responsible for paying the Benefit Amount if your deductible applies.

As an added bonus, you won't need to collect invoices or upload them to the member portal.

Using your plan at no swipe providers:

To access discounted rates at a no swipe provider, follow these steps:

Scheduling care: Share your digital member ID containing insurance information and detailed billing instructions.
At your appointment:
- Do not pay the provider directly.
- Show them your digital member ID so they can confirm eligibility and billing instructions.
